How big are the frogs?

Our frogs are a good size:  4 3/4" tall by 4" wide !

Confirmations are sent out within a few seconds after your order is placed.  Check your SPAM folder, sometimes it ends up there.

Shipping

How long does it take?

Orders generally ship the next business day.  Depending on the shipping location they can take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days to be delivered.

What kind of packaging do you use?

None!  That's part of what makes receiving a frog so fun!  The mail carrier usually stands the frog up facing outward.  It's so fun to find a smiling frog in the mailbox!

How do you ship?

The frogs are sent First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service.  Handwritten, stamped, and mailed as is -- no box -- just the frog.

Can it fit in a mailbox?

Yes.  The mail carrier usually stands the frog up, facing outward for effect.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Yes.  If the recipient has an exceptionally small PO Box the post office will leave a note in the box to pick up at the window.

Can you ship to a College?

Definitely!  And the kids love it!  Generally they put a note in the students mailbox instructing the student to pick up a package.
